Swiss real-estate foreclosure auctions
Court-ordered property auctions (SHAB sub-rubric SB01) — officially published, updated daily.
What a foreclosure auction means
Official forced sales under Swiss debt-enforcement law (SchKG). The opening price is often below market value; the outcome is open and can rise above it. Properties are sold as-is, usually without an interior viewing, and a security deposit is due immediately.
Debtor identities are deliberately not shown — only the property location, enforcement office and official references.
